Background:
Kimley Horn was contracted to provide design services for four residential rehabilitation concrete panel replacements projects within the city in May of 2023.
As these projects have been constructed, some of the projects have required more construction assistance than typically anticipated resulting in the consultant using all of the funding set aside for that purpose.
This amendment will allocate funding for use on an as-needed basis, billed at the rates already established in the contract, to provide additional design and construction assistance through the completion of the remaining projects.
Cost: $10,000
