Background:
The BAPSC Fire Department Annex Building project is to renovate the existing facility for the Fire Department. This project will add 7 Ambulance bays allowing for the quick resupply of all Ambulances throughout the City of Broken Arrow.
Change Order #5 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- This Change Order is to amend the Final Contract Price. The contract price due to previous change orders was $1,117,987.39. Crews performed additional sidewalk replacement on the northeast corner and adding additional conduit and plugs in the equipment room. Additionally the overrun for line item #4.
