Background:
The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the vacation of a ten-foot-wide restricted waterline easement on property located north of Houston Street (81st Street), east of 9th Street (Lynn Lane). The location and details of the easement to be vacated are detailed in the “10’ Restricted Waterline Easement Vacation” exhibit attachment.
Staff have reviewed the request and recommend acceptance of the easement closure.
