Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Hudson Prince Engineering & Inspection, PLLC for design of residential street rehabilitation projects in the Steeple Chase Farms and East Houston Industrial subdivisions. The agreement includes design services to provide plans, for bidding and construction purposes, for the rehabilitation and replacement of concrete pavement panels, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, inlets, and adjustment of manholes and valve boxes to grade.
Cost: $67,012
Funding Source: 2018 GO Bond and Street Sales Tax
