Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from Jack H. Wills III and Kristin L. Wills, Trustees of the Wills Living Trust, dated October 10, 2006. Parcel 1.0 consists of 2,590.60 square feet of Utility Easement in the Northwest Quarter Section 35, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the 16-inch Waterline Loop Elm & Florence (Project No. WL23090).

 

A copy of the signed Utility Easement and Donation Certificate are attached.
