For the past several years, Planning Commission meetings have been scheduled for the second and fourth Thursday of each month, with exception to months November and December. Planning Commission meetings have been scheduled for the first and third Thursday of each month during the months of November and December. The meetings were scheduled to begin at 5:00 pm in the City Council chambers.

Recommendation:
Staff recommends that Planning Commission approve the current meeting schedule of the second and fourth Thursday of each month from January through October and the first and third Thursday of each month November through December. Meetings shall occur at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers.
