Background:
Cook’s Consulting, LLC has completed the construction for Lynn Lane Self Storage Phase II. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement has been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Water.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $7,620.00.
