Background:
The Cedar Ridge Drainage Improvements project was a Drainage Advisory project to correct an issue with a CMP pipe that was failing in the Cedar Ridge neighborhood. The CMP was replaced with HDPE and a system that was not found in the survey was found during excavation.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- The repair and replacement of an additional stormwater line. The line was not known during design. The line was rerouted to outfall in the correct area and an additional structure was placed.
- There is no change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $8,022.97
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
