Background:
In an effort to improve service while decreasing costs, the Purchasing Division has solicited quotes from electric service companies to provide required services on a recuring bases July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Bids were solicited from five (5) vendors and opened on July 12, 2024. The City of Broken Arrow received one (1) bid from TLS Group, Inc.
Services provided will be utilized for lighting repairs along the Broken Arrow Expressway (Highway 51).
Staff recommends awarding contract to TLS Group, Inc.
Cost: Rates as set out in the agreement
Funding Source: Street Light Fund (Fund 342)
