Background:

The property owner, or their representative, have submitted an application requesting the closure of a detention easement on property located south of Omaha Street (51st Street), west of 37th Street (209th E Avenue). The exact location and description of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.

There is a minor error in the inset location map. A section line is labeled as Apache Street but should be labeled as Omaha Street. Staff has requested a corrected exhibit prior to formal adoption of the ordinance.
