Background:

Jason E. Bradshaw, on behalf of CRP BLDP Aspen Ridge Owner, LLC, is dedicating an easement for purpose of constructing utilities. This property is Lot 7 Block 1 of Aspen Ridge Business Park, PUD-324A.

 

The dedication of the utility easement shown in Exhibit A has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
