Background:
The Community Park Roof Replacement Project was to replace roof of the community center at the central park.
Change Order No. 1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- The repair of areas of rusted metal decking with rust inhibitor and metal sheeting.
- There is no change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order No. 1 amounts to $7,700.00
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
