Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1917 (RM to CN) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on July 15, 2014.  The property is generally located south and east of the southeast corner of Kenosha Street and Elm Place, at 524 W. Iola Street.  Since there were no changes in utilities, easements, or right-of-way lines, platting was waived. 

 

Zoning Change:  RM (Residential Multi-Family) to CN (Commercial Neighborhood)

Acreage: 0.28 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1917

Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Seven (7), NORTH SIDE ADDITION, an addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
