Background:
The attached Drainage Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, from Margaret Couch Scraper, Trustee of the Margaret Couch Scraper Family Trust, dated March 23, 2006, the owner. The Drainage Easement, Parcel 4.A, consists of 0.01 Acres of Drainage Easement, and the Temporary Construction Easement, Parcel 4.2, consists of 0.12 Acres of temporary construction easement in the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The owner has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Perpetual Drainage Easement: 480 Square Feet (SF) @ $2.00/SF x 65% = $624.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 5,342.39 SF @ $2.00/SF x 10% = $1,069
Total Just Compensation Amount = $1,700
A copy of the signed Drainage Easement and Temporary Construction Easement is attached.
