LOT-002851-2026 is a request for a lot combination of Lot 28 (0.50 acres) & Lot 29 (0.58 acres) of Block 8 of The Lakes at Indian Springs III. The parcels are zoned R-2 (Single-Family Residential)/PUD-108A and is located just northwest of the intersection of Jasper Street (131st Street) & S. 9th Street (Lynn Lane/ 177th East Avenue) in The Lakes at Indian Springs III. The proposed lot combination would total 1.08 acres. The purpose of this request is to combine lots so that permanent improvements exist and conform to setbacks on a single lot.

 

This lot line combination was heard by the Technical Advisory Committee on June 2, 2026, where none of the utility companies or other members had any comments.

Staff recommends that LOT-002851-2026 Lot Combination be approved subject to the following: the new warranty deed for shall be brought to the City of Broken Arrow Planning and Development Division to be stamped prior to being recorded in Tulsa County.
