The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Siegfried Companies, Inc., Parcel 1.0 consists of 0.5608 acres of Utility Easement in the Northwest Quarter Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Arrow Forge Waterline, Parcel 1.0, (Project No. 2352100).

 

A copy of the signed Utility Easement is attached.
