Approval of and authorization to execute a Client Services Agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and TEAM Professional Services, Inc., to providing occupational services for pre-employment and employment requirements

Background:
The City of Broken Arrow utilizes TEAM Professional Services for various drug and alcohol testing services and pre-hire screening services. TEAM Professional Services has been utilized since 2020 and provides required DOT and Non-DOT services for both drug and alcohol testing, and pre-employment screening requirements (physicals).
We are required to comply with state (non-DOT) and federal (DOT) drug and alcohol testing rules and regulations and ensure testing services are provided according to applicable law.
Staff recommends approval of the Client Services Agreement with TEAM Professional Services, Inc. to be effective July 1, 2024.
Cost: approximately $42,000 annually (varies dependent upon need)
