Background:
The attached Drainage Easement and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Armory, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 23.B consists of 1,325 square feet of drainage easement and Parcels 23.A and 24.A consist of 178 square feet and 851 square feet, respectively, of temporary construction easements, generally located west of South Lynn Lane Road and north of East Fulton Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Armory, LLC, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Perpetual Drainage Easement: 1,325 SQUARE FEET @ $2.60/SF x 75% = $2,583.75
Temporary Construction Easements: 178 SF (23.A), 851 SF (24.A) = 1,029 Total SF @ $2.60/SF x 10% = $267.54
Less $1,000 for fence relocation
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $1,850.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as are the Drainage Easement and Temporary Construction Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the August 19, 2025 City Council Claims List.
