Background:
The Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority previously entered into a purchase contract for both the Grain Elevator and accompanying .17 ac of real property located at 507 South Main, Broken Arrow, OK for $250,000.00 from Hansen-Mueller. The BAEDA wishes to assign the purchase and title to the City of Broken Arrow. The accompanying Resolution No. 1610 of the City of Broken Arrow accepts the assignment and all right, title and interest in and to the Grain Elevator and the .17 AC of Real Property.
Cost: Costs of filing the deed, approximately $20.00
