Background:
BA Brown, LLC is dedicating a utility easement for purposes of fulfilling conditions of approval for LOT-000830-2023 (Lot Split). BAL-000830-2023 was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on December 14, 2023, subject to right-of-way and utility easements being dedicated and the warranty deed for each parcel being brought to the Plan Development Division to be stamped prior to recording in Wagoner County.
The total 17.5 foot utility easement is shown on the attached exhibit and is located along the Washington Street and 23rd Street frontages of the lot.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
