Background:
Hall Estill is a well-respected law firm with vast experience in Environmental law. The City Attorney is recommending retention of this firm to provide counsel and legal advice to the City regarding water-related issues and case-by-case basis.
The attached Professional Services Agreement memorializes retention of the firm, costs and the hourly rates to be charged. The firm charges the following rates:
D. Kenyon Williams, Jr.: $ 395.00 per hour maximum
Bryan J. Nowlin: $ 375.00 per hour maximum
Michael D. Graves: $ 395.00 per hour maximum
Joel P. Johnston: $ 315.00 per hour maximum
Zachary Brewer: $ 190.00 per hour maximum
Routine costs such as copying and postage are addressed in the Agreement. Costs and fees for this matter will be paid by the City as incurred.
