Approval of and authorization to accept the public improvements for Arkansas Valley Bank New Branch Construction located at 302 South Main

Background:
Duncan and Sons, LLC has completed the construction for the Arkansas Valley Bank New Branch Construction. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Paving.
The owner desire to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $21,640.00.
