Background:
The project in Eagle Creek Subdivision was to install an inlet in the road and a storm sewer system to drain the runoff to the detention pond. The project was designed in 2022 and was bid in January 2023. The final pay app was paid in May 2024. The project was inspected during the rain events in late April and early May. The new storm sewer system is mitigating the issue of drainage into citizen’s homes. The stormwater division is asking that $2,124.24 be moved back into the Adams Creek Basin fund.
