Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow by Anthony Allen Hill and Erin Elizabeth Hill, Trustees of the Hill WPS Living Trust, dated May 30, 2019, the owners. Parcel 9.0 consists of 0.07 acres of permanent utility easement, Parcel 9.A consists of 0.03 acres of temporary construction easement for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. The owners have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Utility Easement: 3,159 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.59/SF=$1,863.81 x 50%= $931.91
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,292 SF @ $0.59/SF = $762.28 x 08% = $60.98
Settlement Cost: $2,007.11
Total Just Compensation Amount = $3,000.00
A copy of the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are attached.
Cost: $3,000.00
