Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1933 (R-3 to DM) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on April 21, 2015. Since the property was already platted and there were no changes in utilities, easements, or right-of-way lines, platting was waived. The property is generally located on the southwest corner of Elgin Street and Main Street in the Original Town of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
Zoning Change: R-3 (Single-Family Residential) to DM (Downtown Mixed Use Core)

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3380 and approve the Emergency Clause.
