Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvement at KCL Commerce Crossing, located at 3925 West Albany Street

Background:
Lithko Contracting, LLC has completed the construction for KCL Commerce Crossing. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement has been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Paving, (Sidewalk and Approaches).
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $10,999.78.
