Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1907 (RM, RD, and R-3 to ON) and PUD 137B were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 4, 2014.  The property is located one-quarter mile north of Houston Street, east of Aspen Avenue.  Since there were no changes in utilities, easements, or right-of-way lines, platting was waived. 

 

Zoning Change:  PUD 137 and RM (Residential Multi-Family), RD (Residential Duplex) and R-3 (Single-Family Residential - 1) to PUD 137B and ON (Office Neighborhood)

Acreage: 3.55 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1907 and PUD 137B

Lot 3, Block 1, “Creekridge Park”, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the official recorded plat thereof, Plat No. 5732, as filed in the records of the Tulsa County Clerk’s Office.
