Background:
The Houston st Widening Project is to widen and improve Hoston St from Olive to Aspen Ave. Storm box improvements, utility relocation, and entrance improvements are all part of this project.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- To add Fabric Reinforcement from curb to curb. The original plans only called for fabric along a 4 foot strip, this would have led to the road cracking quickly.
- 10 days of contract time added
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $ 84,000.00
