Background:
The resident to the west of the Knights of Columbus contacted the City regarding runoff from the Knights of Columbus property. The runoff was going onto the resident’s property and threatening to go into the house. The City contracted out to have a swale graded to create an interceptor ditch. The interceptor ditch has helped to mitigate the runoff from the Knights of Columbus. The stormwater division is asking that $20,150.00 be moved back into the Broken Arrow Creek Basin fund.
