Background:
At the March 10, 2026 Visit Broken Arrow meeting, the Board approved the posting of an RFP for marketing services for FY27. Proposals will be accepted through April 30. At that time, a review committee will narrow down the submissions and make a recommendation to the full board. Staff is requesting that four VBA board members join the staff to form a full review committee.
Time commitment is approximately 2 hours of in-person meeting time to be determined at a reasonable time as determined by selected committee members. Staff may also request that there is time spent reviewing proposals independently at home before the in-person meeting.
