Background:                     Cowan Group Engineering (CGE) on behalf of Stoney Creek Hospitality is requesting closure of a utility easement across the leased property owned by the City of Broken Arrow.  The easement was originally placed across the property years ago for a potential water line loop that did not happen.  CGE is working on the final plat and will reflect the document closure number on the final plat. 

 

City staff has reviewed the easement closing documents and are in agreement with the closure.
