Planned Unit Development (PUD)-001783-2024 is a minor amendment to PUD-94Y involves 20.45-acres located north of the Broken Arrow Expressway, one-quarter mile north of Albany Street (61st Street), north of Albany Drive, one-quarter mile east of Aspen Avenue (145th E. Avenue).
This minor amendment is to allow the developer relief in installing sidewalks at specified locations within the development. Exhibit A indicates the areas in which sidewalks are not proposed. These are generally along interior reserve areas and sidewalks are proposed to be constructed on the opposite sides of the street.
