Background:

Forum Properties, LLC is dedicating an overland drainage easement for in conjunction with the plat being reviewed for the property. The dedication of the 0.45-acre overland drainage easement shown in Exhibit A meets the requirements of the Engineering Design Criteria Manual.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage easement.
