The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Oklahoma Military Department, the owner. Parcel 26.A consists of 836 square feet of temporary construction easement, located at 2401 South 9th Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
