Background:
The BAPSC Fire Department Annex Building project is to renovate the existing facility for the Fire Department. This project will add 7 Ambulance bays allowing for the quick resupply of all Ambulances throughout the City of Broken Arrow.
Change Order #2 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Adding additional acoustical ceiling tiles to areas not called out, removal of laff and plaster ceilings, removal of concrete floor in decon room to drain properly, removal of existing plumbing, remove faulty restroom chase walls, remove bulkhead inn main corridor to above ceiling height and make it flush with walls.
- There is a 79-day change in contract time.
