Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-2092 (R-2 to R-2 and RS-3), which contains 28.10 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 19, 2021.  The City Council approved BAZ-2092 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as Elm Creek in Tulsa County on May 09, 2025.  The property is generally located one-quarter mile south of Tucson Street (121st Street), one-half mile west of Elm Place (161st E. Avenue).

 

Staff recommends that the Council approve Ordinance No. 3878 and approve the emergency clause.

 

Zoning Change: R-2 (Single-Family Residential) to R-2 (Single-Family Residential) and RS-3 (Single-Family Residential)
