Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-1911 (A-1 to RS-3), which contains 24 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on March 18, 2014. The City Council approved BAZ-1911 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as Stone Horse IV in Tulsa County on July 9, 2020. The property is generally located one-quarter mile east of Olive Avenue (129th East Avenue) and one-quarter mile south of Tucson Street (121st Street).
Staff recommends that the Council approve Ordinance No. 3820 and approve the emergency clause.
