Background:

Harvest Church Broken Arrow, Inc. originally entered into a license agreement with The City of Broken Arrow in December of 2022 after an expansion of operations located at 1814 S. Main Street. The license agreement allowed Harvest Church Broken Arrow, Inc. patrons to park on City property located at 1800 S. Main Street based on the terms outlined in the original agreement. The agreement allows for the use of 108 parking spaces each Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for an annual fee. The license did not apply for any other day or time. There was no term limit in the original Agreement.

The new License Agreement modifies the annual fee and sets forth a term for the Agreement. The term is for a period of one (1) year but is renewable on an annual basis for a period up to three (3) years.
