Background:

PT15-114 is the Conditional Final Plat of Villas at Bricktown. This property contains 11.58 acres, 32 lots and is located north of the northeast corner of Kenosha Street and Olive Avenue. This undeveloped property is proposed to be a private, gated addition with private streets. These streets will be built to the City of Broken Arrow standards and will be owned and maintained by the homeowners’ association.

This property is currently zoned R-1.  However, BAZ 1942, a request to rezone this property from R-1 to RS-3, along with PUD 240, were approved by the City Council on October 6, 2015, subject to the property being platted.

This Conditional Final Plat was reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on March 8, 2016.  The Planning Commission, in their meeting of March 10, 2016, reviewed and recommended (2-1 vote) that PT15-114, Conditional Final Plat of Villas at Bricktown be approved, as recommended by the TAC and Staff, subject to the attached checklist. There were no protestants.
