Approval of and authorization to accept the public improvements for Spring Creek II located at 2507 West Winston Place

Background:
United Utilities has completed the construction for Spring Creek II Improvements. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Storm; (2) Paving; (3) Sanitary Sewer; (4) Water.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $ 348,836.05.
