Background:
On June 15, 2026, Budget Amendment Number 35 was inadvertently placed on the General Fund agenda versus the BAMA agenda. Therefore, this item is being brought to BAMA for proper approval.
The Municipal Budget Act adopted by the City Council allows the City to amend the budget at any time during the year for necessary expenditures incurred that exceed the original budget or when circumstances warrant the action.
Budget Amendment Number 35 accounts for the receipt of insurance proceeds to be used for project 2654690.
Cost: $5,290.00
