Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements for Wellstone III subdivision located at South East corner of Kenosha and Midway
End
Background:
JBC Construction has completed the construction for the Wellstone III subdivision. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water, (2) Storm, (3) Sanitary Sewer.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $268,398.00.
