Background:
Since implementation, this solution has delivered improved call quality, reliable uptime, and advanced features such as call routing, voicemail-to-email, and seamless integration with our existing tools and technology platforms. It also provides a true Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, which has proven essential for managing citizen calls for Utilities and Utility Billing. RingCentral continues to offer excellent customer support and a user-friendly interface, which has provided smooth experience for staff.
This purchase is using current fiscal year budgeted funds and using the Oklahoma State Purchasing Contract (Sourcewell 120122-RNG) for SHI/RingCentral.
