Background:

The attached Landscape and Sign Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from Patricia Ann Autry Trust, dated October 21, 1993. Parcel C consists of 0.0207 acres, located south of 6560 South 273rd East Avenue, along the north side of East Kenosha Street, in Broken Arrow, in the Southeast Quarter Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Broken Arrow Gateway Signs, Parcel C, (Project No. 201710).

 

A copy of the signed Landscape and Sign Easement is attached, along with the Donation Certificate.
