Approval of and authorization to execute purchase of one (1) Caterpillar 299D3 C3H2 Skid Steer Loader from Warren CAT utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract

Background:
The Caterpillar 299D3 C3H2 Skid Steer Loader is replacing Skid Steer Unit number 1790 for the Utilities Construction Team. Skid Steer Unit 1790 had a catastrophic engine failed leading to Fleet recommending replacement over repair of the old unit. Warren CAT provided the proposal utilizing Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing contract (formerly NJPA) membership number 67325. This includes a 24-month, 2000-hour full machine warranty.
