Background:
The Engineering and Construction Department has solicited bids for the Community Center Roof Replacement Project
The project was advertised for two consecutive weeks and followed the 21-day bidding process. One bid was received and opened on August 24th, 2023. The one bid received for this project was over budget.
State Law allows for bids to be extended up to 15 days as we work through pricing and funding options. The Engineering and Construction Department is requesting a 15-day extension for good cause.
