Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Cowan Group Engineering, LLC, for design of a residential street rehabilitation project in the Vandever Acres subdivisions. The project boundaries extend North-South from W Boston Street to W Ithica Street, and East-West from S Elm Place to S Lions Avenue. The agreement includes design services to provide plans, for bidding and construction purposes, for the rehabilitation of concrete pavement panels, full depth asphalt pavement patching, asphalt pavement mill and overlay, and other miscellaneous appurtenances.
Cost: $57,860
Funding Source: Street Sales Tax and 2018 GO Bond Proposition 1
