Background:
Maintenance Services Department is requesting to use an existing National Contract for the purchase and installation of four (4) package rooftop units with heat recovery wheels and two (2) package rooftop units without heat recovery wheels at the Broken Arrow Animal Shelter.
The contract is part of a purchasing program called Omnia Partners, formally known as US Communities. Omnia Partners contract with Trane was competitively bid and meets our local and state purchasing guidelines. OMNIA Partners proposal number from Trane is L2-QTRAAW-23-006
Cost: $403,744
Funding Source: Sales Tax Capital Improvement: 2430020-3303009-570170 and Police Sales Tax Fund: 2330220-3443009-570170
