Background:
The City of Broken Arrow, through its Maintenance Services department, initiated a process to secure Pest Control Services for 39 city-owned facilities. To ensure a competitive selection process, the Purchasing Department issued Request for Proposal (RFP) Packet 25.102, which was distributed to multiple pest control companies. This RFP outlined the City's requirements for comprehensive pest control services, with a focus on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
In response to the RFP, the City of Broken Arrow received three quotes from different companies. Each proposal was carefully reviewed and evaluated based on various criteria, including service offerings, pricing, experience, and the ability to meet the City's specific needs. After a thorough evaluation process, it was determined that Termax Pest Control submitted the most advantageous bid. Termax's proposal not only met the City's specifications but also provided the best overall value, making it the preferred choice for the City's pest control needs.
The contract resulting from this RFP includes options for renewal, allowing the City to extend the agreement with Termax Pest Control in future years. These renewals are contingent upon the satisfactory performance of Termax and will require approval from the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority. By selecting Termax Pest Control, the City of Broken Arrow is committed to ensuring that its facilities remain pest-free, safe, and well-maintained for all employees and visitors.
