Background:

The applicant Cowan Group Engineering, on behalf of the owner, Roland Investments, LTD submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Utility Easement for the purpose of providing utility access adjacent to the planned mutual access drive on Lot 2, Tract C of The Villages at Stone Wood Hills. This easement and drive will provide access to the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center from West Albany Street.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
